Tidbit To Know

If you're making a speech to a group of people who possibly could be a client at some point in the future, be sure to not ask a trick question to the audience. I hate trick questions - they're included only to make you look smart. You know the type. The obvious answer isn't the correct one, so whoever answers it is embarrassed by sounding dumb or like a smartass or dumb-ass or all three. Afterwards, if you ask anymore questions, people are less likely to answer because they'll remember the person being embarrassed earlier.
